RETURNS POLICY – BEAUTYOL.CO.UK

1. General Terms

We offer a 28-day return policy from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, you must contact us by email at [email protected] before sending the product back.

Your email must include the following details:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Delivery address
  • Reason for return (optional)

Wait for confirmation before posting the item back. Returns received without prior confirmation may be rejected.

2. Conditions of Return

  • Returned items must meet all of the following criteria:
  • Unopened and unused
  • In original, saleable condition
  • With intact hygiene seals and original packaging

We do not accept returns of opened or used cosmetics or grooming products unless they are faulty.

If your order included a free gift, it must also be returned to receive a full refund.

3. Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for return postage costs.
  • Returns should be sent using a trackable shipping service.
  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved:
  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • This process may take 3–5 working days after receipt
  • Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and in case of partial returns, only the value of the returned goods will be refunded.

5. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect:

  • Include clear photos of the item(s), packaging, and shipping box
  • Do not dispose of the products until your claim is processed
  • A refund or replacement (subject to availability) will be offered upon validation

6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been opened or used (unless faulty)
  • Perishable or personal hygiene products
  • Gift cards or downloadable products
  • Sale/clearance items (unless defective)

7. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us in advance.
