4. Returns and Refunds We offer a 28-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products are not eligible for return unless faulty.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or sent in error. Please contact [email protected] before returning any items.
